Refund policy

1. Cancelling a purchase

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law you may cancel a purchase within 14 days, provided the item has not yet been delivered to or used in your account.

2. Delivered items

Virtual items that were already delivered or used cannot be returned, except where the law requires it.

3. Cancellation fee

A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be charged, as allowed by law.

4. Failed delivery

If you paid and did not receive your item within 24 hours, open a Discord ticket with your order number. We will deliver it or refund you in full.

5. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may suspend the account until it is resolved.

6. How to ask

Send your order number through the contact form or a Discord ticket. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
