City rules

1General

1. 1.1Respect every player and staff member, in game and on Discord.
2. 1.2Hate speech, racism and harassment mean an immediate permanent ban.
3. 1.3One account per person. Shared or sold accounts are banned.
4. 1.4Cheats, mods that give an advantage and exploiting bugs are forbidden. Report bugs to staff.
5. 1.5Staff decisions are final in game. Appeals go through Discord tickets.

2Roleplay

1. 2.1Stay in character at all times. Out-of-character talk goes to /ooc only.
2. 2.2No powergaming: never force an action on another player that they cannot react to.
3. 2.3No metagaming: use only what your character knows in game — not streams or Discord.
4. 2.4Value your life (fear RP). When a weapon is pointed at you, act like it is real.
5. 2.5New Life Rule: after you are revived by the hospital you forget the events that led to your death.

3Crime & combat

1. 3.1No random deathmatch (RDM). Every attack needs a roleplay reason.
2. 3.2No vehicle deathmatch (VDM). Cars are not weapons.
3. 3.3Robberies of stores and banks need a minimum number of police on duty.
4. 3.4Hostages cannot be your own friends or gang members.
5. 3.5Safe zones (hospital, police station, city hall) are crime-free.

4Police & EMS

1. 4.1Never attack EMS who are treating a patient.
2. 4.2Police must follow the chain of command and the in-game legal code.
3. 4.3Corrupt-cop roleplay requires approval from faction leadership.
4. 4.4Combat logging during an arrest or a fight means a ban.

5Vehicles

1. 5.1Drive realistically. Supercars do not go off-road.
2. 5.2Stealing police and EMS vehicles is forbidden unless approved for a storyline.
3. 5.3Do not park in front of entrances, on pavements or on emergency routes.

6Discord & community

1. 6.1Advertising other servers is forbidden.
2. 6.2Leaking staff discussions or private tickets means a ban.
3. 6.3Selling in-game items or money for real money outside the official store is forbidden.
