1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Diamond Israel Role Play website, Discord and game server ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to play. Players under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your RAGE:MP, Discord and Rockstar accounts and everything done with them. We may suspend or ban accounts that break the city rules.

4. Virtual items

Store items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use virtual content inside the service. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may change as the game is balanced.

5. Service availability

The server is in development. We work to keep it online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change.

6. Intellectual property

The Diamond Israel name, logos and original content belong to Diamond Israel Role Play. GTA V is owned by Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive; we are not affiliated with them or with RAGE Multiplayer.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the service.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
